I am loving my newly renovated home, inside and out, and can’t wait for summer to really enjoy!  Josh and his team at Luxe Built were great throughout the whole project, their attention to detail matched mine and it was easy to work through a few minor adjustments along the way.  I must also specifically call out Dom from Inhouse Woodworks for his amazing cabinetry which is such an integral part of my renovation.  Being able to bring my design ideas to life with Josh was a great experience and I would not hesitate recommending Josh and Luxe Built for any future projects where people are looking for a high quality process and outcome.

We recently had the great fortune of working with Josh and the Luxe Built team on our build and we are thrilled with the end result. It is of the highest quality.  For people not familiar with building and all that goes along with it, embarking on a building project can be quite a daunting process. Josh and his support team make it easy. He is an exceptionally good communicator and this is demonstrated at every level of the build. He is up front and completely honest when necessary and will take the time to explain even the most trivial of things.  Josh has created a team of trades at the top of their game who genuinely care and take pride in the projects they are undertaking. It is obvious that they are all in the industry for the right reasons.  If you have the opportunity to build with Josh and his team at Luxe built you will definitely not be disappointed with your end result. 

We can’t recommend Josh and the Luxe Built team highly enough. This was our third renovation project, and without doubt this was by far the easiest and least stressful. Our renovation was done during COVID but was basically on time, and not impacted by delays with supplies and building materials – just some minor delays on the outside work due to a very wet spring.

This was a big project – we gutted the inside of our house, moved internal walls, put in new wood floors, new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, wine room, dressing room, paving front and back, a new front fence, and the rear garden was rebuilt. Basically, we ended up with a new house, and that was exactly what we were looking for from our down-size project. Across the project Josh’s communication was fantastic. He worked with us to evolve our ideas and contributed the ideas of all of his team, so in the end we ended up with so much more than we expected. Special mention to Abby who runs everything behinds the scene, to Dominic from “In House Woodworks” for the fantastic joinery that made the project work so well, and Luca for the best tiling we have ever seen and his care and attention to detail on the stonework.

Nothing was too hard for Josh and his team. They delivered a fantastic outcome, stress free, with great work and attention to detail, and no budget surprises. Josh cared for our budget as though it was his own! If you are looking for a builder to sort out your renovation, we can’t recommend Josh and Luxe Built highly enough.

When is an extension not an extension? When your builder puts the client’s wishes first and makes their dream extension look like a renovation with the “bones” of the house looking like they’re over 50 years old (the house is 90!!). To Josh, Josh and Matt I can’t thank you enough for making my vision a reality. Your workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail and your “OCD” tendencies to get the job right the first time is a credit to your business. To Abby behind the scenes, thank you for your support and encouragement along the way.

Josh works with an excellent team of subcontractors with as much attention to detail and care as his team. The support they all gave me along the way made it an easy process. I have no words that can adequately describe how must I respect and admire them and their talents in working with Josh.

If you need a builder this is the man to go to and no star rating is high enough. I now have my dream home which I wouldn’t have had to this standard had I gone elsewhere. Thank you just isn’t enough.

Josh worked closely with us throughout the entire process to ensure that all of our needs and preferences were taken into consideration. The project involved a significant renovation of our home, including the addition of a new living and dining area, a new kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, as well as an outdoor entertaining area and carport. The style of the renovation was modern and fresh, with polished concrete floors and lots of natural light courtesy of the high ceilings and big windows.
